Radiant IPTV Service from New York, USA

Ratings : 1 = Low - very unsatisfied;  10 = High- Fully Satisfied

Service Experience:  1. Totally unsatisfied
Very unsatisfied with the service.  Customer support wants to provide good service but limited with the company policy of not sending Channel information over the email or thru the website,  not able to provide a cancellation information email or approximate date when refund credit will be issued.
It has been 13 days I ordered the service and 7 days waiting for the cancellation credit.

IPTV streaming experience:  0 = Not evaluated.
Never received the IPTV box.  Everytime I called to find status of my box, I recived story and lie about when I will receive my box.  I have been told that the box was having software update issue.  In reality company was out of box but support personnel simply failed to relay that message.
In my opinion, company uses deceiving practice to get the customer and delay the refund process for cancell order with the hope customer will either give up or return.

Recommendation:

I don't recommend using this service based on my order experince only.  I would question about legality of the streaming service becasue company refused to publish the channel content either on email or on their website.
